Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. This page explains what that means at Good Boys Social Club and how to exercise that right.

What we collect

When you shop with us, sign up for our emails, or browse our site, we collect information like your name, email address, shipping address, order history, and how you interact with our store (pages viewed, items added to cart, devices used).

What “sale” and “sharing” mean here

We do not sell personal information for money. However, under California law, certain marketing activities — like sharing information with advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) to show you relevant ads after you visit our site — can be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How to opt out

If you are a California resident and want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you can:

• Email us at hello@goodboyssocialclub.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” Include the email address associated with your account or orders so we can locate your records.
• Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out request from California residents.

You don’t need an account with us to make this request, and we won’t discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

What happens after you opt out

We’ll process your request within 15 business days. You may still see ads from us — they just won’t be personalized based on data shared from our site. You’ll continue to receive transactional emails about any orders you place.

Your other privacy rights

California residents also have the right to know what personal information we collect, request a copy of it, request deletion, and correct inaccurate information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@goodboyssocialclub.com.

Authorized agents

You can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent’s authority and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
