Shipping

Orders over $60 ship free. Under $60, you'll see the carrier rate at checkout — usually a few bucks.

Orders ship within 2–3 business days from Newport Beach, California, via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground depending on size and destination. You'll get a tracking number by email when it leaves the building.

US only for now. If you're outside the US and want to wear the hat, email hello@goodboyssocialclub.com — we'll figure it out.

Returns

30 days from the day your order arrives.

Send back unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and we'll refund the order to the original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.

Gift cards and items marked final sale at checkout aren't returnable. Everything else is.

To start a return

Email hello@goodboyssocialclub.com with your order number and what you're sending back. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. You cover return shipping — we recommend a tracked service, since we can only refund what arrives back to us. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.

If something arrives damaged or doesn't show up

Email us within 14 days. We'll make it right — replacement, refund, or whatever fixes it, at no cost to you. Photos help.
