Mobile Terms of Service

These Mobile Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Good Boys Social Club text messaging program (the "Program"). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

The Program

When you opt in to the Program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages (for example, new drops, restocks, events, and offers) from Good Boys Social Club at the mobile number you provide. Automated messages may be sent using technology that automatically dials your number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive messages periodically based on your interaction with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. Good Boys Social Club is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.

Opt Out

You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you text STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from the Program. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change, and we do not guarantee that messages will be delivered on every carrier.

Privacy

Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
