What's in the Bag. Walk Edition.

Two kinds of dog walks. The bathroom break — three minutes, back inside. And the good one — the kind that actually counts as a walk for both of you.

Here's what we carry on the second kind.

1. Leash, Collar, and ID Tags

Let’s start with the basics. A solid leash and collar combo is non-negotiable. Choose gear that’s durable, comfortable, and reflects your style. Bonus points for reflective stitching or a pop of color.

Pro Tip: Always check that tags are up-to-date. It’s easy to forget, until it’s not.

2. Waste Bags (That Don’t Fall Out of Your Pocket)

Nobody wants to be that person. Keep waste bags on you at all times — and ideally in a dispenser that doesn’t crumple in your pocket.

We like: Our Good Boys Go Bag — designed to clip on and carry what matters (poop bags included).

2. Waste Bags (That Don’t Fall Out of Your Pocket)

Nobody wants to be that person. Keep waste bags on you at all times — and ideally in a dispenser that doesn’t crumple in your pocket.

We like: Our Good Boys Go Bag — designed to clip on and carry what matters.

3. Treats for Training (or Just Because)

Whether you’re reinforcing recall or just rewarding good vibes, having a few high-value treats on hand is a game-changer. Keep them in a pouch or in the zipper pocket of your Go Bag.

4. Water On-the-Go

Especially during warm months or longer walks, hydration is key. Collapsible bowls or dog-specific water bottles make it easy to share a drink.

5. Comfortable, Hands-Free Carry

If you’ve ever juggled a leash, phone, keys, water, and bags — you already know the struggle. A small crossbody or walk bag can keep your essentials organized and your hands leash-ready.

Our Go Bag was made for this exact moment.

6. Walking Shoes You Actually Like Wearing

This one’s for you. If your walks are daily (and they should be), make sure your shoes can keep up. Bonus if they look good doing it — we see you.

7. A Go-To Walking Route (or Two)

Keep it fresh. Mix up your routes to engage your dog’s senses and break the routine. New smells = mental stimulation. And hey, it keeps things more interesting for you too.

8. Community Energy

The best walks aren’t always solo. Grab a friend. Meet up with fellow dog owners. Share a trail, a patio, or a park bench.

P.S. We host local meetups around Orange County. Join the list to hear about the next one.

One Last Thing…

The walk is more than just the walk. It’s a ritual. A reset. A chance to connect — with your dog, your neighborhood, and your own headspace.

At Good Boys Social Club, we design gear that makes those everyday moments feel a little more intentional. A little more stylish. And yeah, a little more connected.
